Mary Hobbs, LMT and Heavenly Hands for Massage to provide Chair Massage at Alternative Medicine-Live! April 4-5, 2008

Creating a life without pain.

What Are Some of the Benefits of Massage and Bodywork?

Massage can help release chronic muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility, reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress, promote faster healing of injured muscular tissue, improve posture, and reduce blood pressure.

Massage and bodywork are also known to promote better sleep, improve concentration, reduce anxiety, and create an overall sense of well-being. Massage provides relief to people from all walks of life — from the competitive athlete to the overstressed executive — anyone can feel the need for a massage at some point in time.
These benefits are enhanced with regular weekly massages.

Heavenly Hands for Massage has  personally worked on several players from Professional Hockey, including players from the Utah Grizzlies, Phoenix Coyotes, Dallas Stars, and the Idaho Steelheads.
